Upload your transcripts in one PDF file, in the format you would like to be uploaded to your NSERC application. Please carefully review the Transcripts section of the instructions on the NSERC website. A summary of instructions is provided below:
- Electronic transcripts provided by an institution’s registrar’s office are considered by NSERC to be official transcripts.
- While applications containing unofficial transcripts will be accepted, applicants should note that submission of an application will continue to serve as a formal attestation that they have provided true, complete, accurate information in the application and its related documents. NSERC may follow up with applicants directly to request official transcripts at a later date.
- You are required to submit the up-to-date official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate studies, including the up-to-date transcript from York University indicating your registration in the Fall 2020 term.
- List your transcripts in the chronological order (undergraduate transcripts at the top, followed by master’s and doctoral transcripts)
Include one copy of the legend (reverse of each transcript) must be included. Do not scan the same legend multiple times.
- If you have transcripts written in a language other than English or French, you must provide a certified English or French translation.
- Transcript text orientation should be upright (if possible) and must be readable on a computer monitor without any adjustment by the viewer.
