Academic Excellence Fund

The Academic Excellence Fund support research and scholarly activities of York graduate students. In order to apply for the fund, please note the following:

Student Application Deadlines: there are three deadlines in a year, October 30, February 28 and June 30. Please see the website guidelines for details to determine for which cycle you should apply. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Documentation: AEF enables students to access funds in a timely manner. Itemized receipts are normally not required to be submitted; however, students must retain all receipts and supporting documentation for one year for audit purposes.
Only one application per application cycle is accepted. If you submit more than once in a given cycle, the most recent entry will be reviewed.

Steps to Completion

1. Students fill out this form with the required information and submit the details. Once submitted, an e-mail with a copy of the submission will be sent to the student's email address.

2. Supervisor/Graduate Program Director will also receive a notification when an application is submitted. Please complete the supervisor/GPD section. Supervisor support is not required for Congress 2023 AEF applications.
