Once an award has been granted, York University may disclose recipient name, program of study and year level to the donor of the award, the York University Foundation, provincial funding organizations and/or York University academic departments/Faculties and Colleges. If you are the recipient of a scholarship, your name and photograph may be used for promotional purposes.
