This form is for the Graduate Program Director, or Graduate Program Assistant acting on behalf of the graduate program, to submit program nominations to be considered for entrance awards effective Fall 2026. Submission Deadline: January 30, 2026 Each program can submit up to three nominees per degree, in rank order. Doctoral awards are considered separate from Masters awards. Please note that nominations for the Bennett Family Graduate Scholarship for Black and Indigenous Students do not count toward the program’s nomination quota. Graduate programs are encouraged to submit nominations for students who self-identify as Black and/or Indigenous. Nominations will be considered for the following awards: • Elia Scholars Program—Doctoral • Graduate Fellowship for Academic Distinction (GFAD)—Doctoral and Masters • Chancellor Bennett Scholarship for Liberal Arts—Doctoral and Masters • Ecole Polytechnique Montreal Women’s Memorial Scholarship)—Master of Science degree applicants • Lambert Family Award—Doctoral and Masters • The Bennett Family Graduate Scholarship for Black and Indigenous Students—Doctoral and Masters
Each program can nominate up to 3 students per degree level. If no award is selected, students will be considered for all awards they are eligible for.
