With this form, standard GPA access will be provided for the following systems and resources: SIS, ARMS, Flowable, Grad Adjudication, Petitions Portal, FGS MS Teams for GPAs, and GPA Resources on FGS's website.

Please have your incoming GPA complete the Training - GPA Modules as part of their on-boarding process. These online modules review graduate processes, procedures, and systems. This resource is open to all GPAs, and once completed, will appear on their employee training record.
