The Academic Excellence Fund (AEF) supports York University graduate students undertaking research and scholarly activities. Please note the following application instructions:

• Application Deadlines: there are three deadlines each year (October 30, February 28 and June 30). Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Required Information: Please complete all required fields in the form below. Student application details such as student number and requested expenses are available in a copy of the student application sent to your email.
• Please review the AEF guidelines for detailed instructions.
