Please note:
• Students seeking embargoes should first familiarize themselves with the FGS policy on Delay of Publication/Restricted Access [Doctoral] | [Master's]
• It is expected that students seeking an embargo of their work will do so before they graduate.
• A letter from the supervisor supporting the request is required with the submission request. It is also recommended that students include any relevant documentation supporting the request.
• Extensions of embargos will only be approved in exceptional circumstances. It is expected that any request for extension will be submitted a minimum of 6 months in advance of the expiry.
