• This application is for the Ontario Graduate Scholarships (OGS) and QEII Graduate Scholarships in Science and Technology (QEIIGSST) ONLY.
• If you have submitted a Tri-council CGRS D or CGRS M application, please do not complete this form as your Tri-council application will be used for consideration for the OGS/QEII competition automatically.
• Two references are required to complete your application. Students are responsible for ensuring that referees submit their assessment using the following links (Reference Assessment Form—Ontario Graduate Scholarship (Doctoral level of study) and Reference Assessment Form—Ontario Graduate Scholarship (Master's level of study) before the application deadline. A copy of your OGS Application Form will be shared with your referees automatically via email.

• The deadline to submit this form corresponds with the research area and proposed study level:
— For the Doctoral level of study – CIHR eligible field of research: October 1, 2026
— For the Doctoral level of study – NSERC eligible field of research: October 1, 2026
— For the Doctoral level of study – SSHRC eligible field of research: October 8, 2026
— For the Master’s level of study: December 1, 2026
